ANNOUNCEMENT: Adding and Dropping of Subjects for AY 2025

The National College of Science and Technology (NCST) would like to inform all students that the Adding and Dropping of Subjects for the current academic year will officially begin on November 24, 2025 and will continue until December 6, 2025.

This period allows students to make necessary adjustments to their academic load—whether to add subjects needed for their program or drop courses due to conflicts, personal considerations, or academic planning.

How to Process Add/Drop

Students who wish to adjust their subjects are advised to follow the steps below:

1. Secure the Add/Drop Form
Forms will be available at the Records Section (Room 1114) starting Friday. Please bring your Registration Form and student ID for verification.

2. Consult Your Program Chair
Ensure that all changes align with your curriculum and graduation plan. Your Program Chair must sign the form for approval.

3. Proceed to the Registrar’s Office
Submit your completed and signed form to the Registrar’s Office for processing and confirmation of your updated schedule.

4. Check Your Updated Class Schedule
After processing, verify your updated subjects on the NCST student portal or through the official channels provided.

Important Reminders

1. Only requests made within the official Add/Drop period will be processed.

2. Students are encouraged to complete their adjustments as early as possible to avoid long queues and delays.

3. Make sure to double-check prerequisites and available slots before adding subjects.
